Today we went over homework questions on logarithmic differentiation. We went over log rules to help with this differentiation.

y= ln5(ln(x4-1)x)
ln(y)= ln5+ xln(x4-1)
We also went over how logarithmic differentiation can be used with quotients by taking the log of the quotient then subtracting the log of the numerator from the log of the denominator.

THEN WE HAD A WICKED FUN QUIZ THAT WE TOOK HOME BECAUSE WE WEREN’T DONE BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG!!!

Homework: 282-283 Q’s, 1-33 every other odd, 41-55 odd, 59
